The essential requirement for precise localization of a self-driving car is a lane-level map which includes road markings (RMs). Obviously, we can build the lane-level map by running a mobile mapping system (MMS) which is equipped with a high-end 3D LiDAR and a number of high-cost sensors. This approach, however, is highly expensive and ineffective since a single high-end MMS must visit every place for mapping. In this paper, a lane-level RM mapping system using a monocular camera is developed. The developed system can be considered as an alternative to expensive high-end MMS. The developed RM map includes the information of road lanes (RLs) and symbolic road markings (SRMs). First, to build a lane-level RM map, the RMs are segmented at pixel level through the deep learning network. The network is named RMNet. The segmented RMs are then gathered to build a lane-level RM map. Second, the lane-level map is improved through loop-closure detection and graph optimization. To train the RMNet and build a lane-level RM map, a new dataset named SeRM set is developed. The set is a large dataset for lane-level RM mapping and it includes a total of 25157 pixel-wise annotated images and 21000 position labeled images. Finally, the proposed lane-level map building method is applied to SeRM set and its validity is demonstrated through experimentation.   相似文献

近年来,通过优化飞行程序降低机场飞机噪声影响成为机场环境保护的重要研究方向。文章首先建立了基于飞机“噪声-功率-距离”数据的噪声计算模型,介绍了平均飞行航迹以及连续爬升运行(Continuous Climb Opera-tion, CCO)离场程序的相关理论,最后以大型国际机场为实例,使用飞机平均飞行航迹进行噪声预测,运用综合噪声模型计算出噪声影响面积并绘制噪声影响等值线图,比较了CCO离场相对常规的标准仪表离场(Standard Instru-ment Departure, SID)的降噪效果。结果表明,CCO离场程序可有效降低机场噪声影响,在高噪声级影响区域的降噪效果更佳。  相似文献

This article presents a state-space model with time-delay to map the relationship between known input-output data for discrete systems. For the given input-output data, a model identification algorithm combining parameter estimation and state estimation is proposed in line with the causality constraints. Consequently, this article proposes a least squares parameter estimation algorithm, and analyzes its convergence for the studied systems to prove that the parameter estimation errors converge to zero under the persistent excitation conditions. In control system design, the U-model based control is introduced to provide a unilateral platform to improve the design efficiency and generality. A simulation portfolio from modeling to control is provided with computational experiments to validate the derived results.  相似文献

Accurate and timely network traffic measurement is essential for network status monitoring, network fault analysis, network intrusion detection, and network security management. With the rapid development of the network, massive network traffic brings severe challenges to network traffic measurement. However, existing measurement methods suffer from many limitations for effectively recording and accurately analyzing big-volume traffic. Recently, sketches, a family of probabilistic data structures that employ hashing technology for summarizing traffic data, have been widely used to solve these problems. However, current literature still lacks a thorough review on sketch-based traffic measurement methods to offer a comprehensive insight on how to apply sketches for fulfilling various traffic measurement tasks. In this paper, we provide a detailed and comprehensive review on the applications of sketches in network traffic measurement. To this end, we classify the network traffic measurement tasks into four categories based on the target of traffic measurement, namely cardinality estimation, flow size estimation, change anomaly detection, and persistent spreader identification. First, we briefly introduce these four types of traffic measurement tasks and discuss the advantages of applying sketches. Then, we propose a series of requirements with regard to the applications of sketches in network traffic measurement. After that, we perform a fine-grained classification for each sketch-based measurement category according to the technologies applied on sketches. During the review, we evaluate the performance, advantages and disadvantages of current sketch-based traffic measurement methods based on the proposed requirements. Through the thorough review, we gain a number of valuable implications that can guide us to choose and design proper traffic measurement methods based on sketches. We also review a number of general sketches that are highly expected in modern network systems to simultaneously perform multiple traffic measurement tasks and discuss their performance based on the proposed requirements. Finally, through our serious review, we summarize a number of open issues and identify several promising research directions.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Absorbed-dose estimation is essential for evaluation of the radiation tolerance of minor-actinide-separation processes. We propose a dose-evaluation method based on radiation permeability, with comparisons of heterogeneous structures seen in the solvent-extraction process, such as emulsions forming in the mixture of the organic and aqueous phases. A demonstration of radiation-energy-transfer simulation is performed with a focus on the minor-actinide-recovery process from high-level liquid waste with the aid of the Monte Carlo radiation-transport code PHITS. The simulation results indicate that the dose absorbed by the extraction solvent from alpha radiation depends upon the emulsion structure, and that from beta and gamma radiation depends upon the mixer-settler-apparatus size. Non-negligible contributions of well-permeable gamma rays were indicated in terms of the plant operation of the minor-actinide-separation process.  相似文献

Crowd counting with density estimation has been an active research community due to its significant applications in the fields of public security, video surveillance, traffic monitoring. However, Crowd counting for congested scenes often suffers from some obstacles including severe occlusions, large scale variations, noise interference, etc. In this paper, using the first ten layers of a modified VGG16 and dilated convolution layers as the framework, we have proposed a CNN based crowd counting and density estimation model improved by the attention aware modules with residual connections. To tackle the problem of noise interference, convolutional block attention modules have been introduced into the deep network to segment the foreground and background to focus on interest information, refining deeper features of the input image. To improve information transmission and reuse, residual connections are utilized to link 3 attention blocks. Meanwhile, dilated convolution layers keep larger reception fields and obtain high-resolution density maps. The proposed method has been evaluated on three public benchmarks, i.e. Shanghai Tech A & B, UCF-QNRF and MALL, achieving the mean absolute errors of 64.6 & 8.3, 113.8 and 1.68, respectively. The results outperform some existing excellent approaches. This indicates that the proposed model has high accuracy and better robustness, which is suitable for crowd counting and density estimation in various congested scenes.  相似文献

The symmetrical and asymmetrical electrodes made of Mg were studied in 0.1-M NaCl electrolyte adjusted at pH 12. The statistical and wavelet methods were employed for analyzing the electrochemical current noise (ECN) signals. The asymmetric configuration was used for electrochemical detection of filiform corrosion on Mg electrode. The real time scale of the dominant transients of the asymmetric electrodes was detected on the basis of the maximum peak in the SDPS plots. The SDPS values of the real time scale crystals of the ECN signals resulting from asymmetrical electrodes increased with the increase in immersion time due to the onset of filiform corrosion.  相似文献

It is known that optical flow estimation techniques suffer from the issues of ill-defined edges and boundaries of the moving objects. Traditional variational methods for optical flow estimation are not robust to handle these issues since the local filters in these methods do not hold the robustness near the edges. In this paper, we propose a non-local total variation NLTV-L1 optical flow estimation method based on robust weighted guided filtering. Specifically, first, the robust weighted guided filtering objective function is proposed to preserve motion edges. The proposed objective function is based on the linear model which is computationally efficient and edge-preserving in complex natural scenarios. Second, the proposed weighted guided filtering objective function is incorporated into the non-local total variation NLTV-L1 energy function. Finally, the novel NLTV-L1 optical flow method is performed using the coarse-to-fine process. Additionally, we modify some state-of-the-art variational optical flow estimation methods by the robust weighted guided filtering objective function to verify the performance on Middlebury, MPI-Sintel, and Foggy Zurich sequences. Experimental results show that the proposed method can preserve edges and improve the accuracy of optical flow estimation compared with several state-of-the-art methods.  相似文献
